The organization department has seven departments including the administrative department, the finance department, the marketing department, the engineering department, the production department, the quality control department, and the warehousing department.

• Marketing Department: Planning, sales inside and outside, transportation management, customer service
• Engineering Department : Design and development, engineering drawing, advertising design, information management, website maintenance
• Production Department : Stamping, Injection, Assembly
• Quality Control Department : IQC, IPQC, OQC, QA
• Warehousing department: warehouse, outsourcing
